Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
Courses purchased during promotional or discounted periods (unless stated otherwise)
Certificates or subscription plans once used or downloaded
Any course where over 20% of the content has been accessed
